The Popular University of Puppetry Arts (UPAM) is an activity set up by AQM’s Community Life committee. With a different instructor for each session, these unique encounters allow puppeteers, artists, cultural workers and puppetry afficionados to engage in reflection and conversation about different aspects of puppetry arts.
UPAM aims to create a spirit of community around the medium and our love for it, in all its depth and peculiarities. With this series of activities, AQM allows puppeteers to connect and meet artists and thinkers from other other domains, in the hope of generating a greater sense of community.
